Kushashwa Ravi Shrimali is a highly skilled software developer with a passion for optimizing processes, taking models to production, and contributing to open source projects. He graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from IIIT NR, India in 2020, and has since gained 2.62 years of relevant experience in the industry. Currently, Kushashwa is a Software Developer (PyTorch) at Quansight, where he works on developing and optimizing deep learning models for production use. Prior to this, he has worked as a SDE (PyTorch Dev Team) intern at NVIDIA, an AI Engineer at CareAI, and an R&D DL Engineer at Dukaan, among other roles. Kushashwa also has experience in research, having worked as a Research Intern at IIITM Gwalior under Prof Anupam Shukla. In this role, he focused on learning hybrid models developed in the labs of IIIT Gwalior, and modeled algorithms like A* Search, Probabilistic Distance, and Genetic. He implemented this project using Python, with multiple robots and multiple goals currently in a static environment, with the future goal being for dynamic environments. Aside from his professional work, Kushashwa is also active in the tech community, with a YouTube channel where he shares his knowledge and experience, a GitHub account where he contributes to open source projects, and a Twitter account where he engages with other professionals in the industry. Kushashwa's technical skills include Pytorch, AI, Deep Learning, Backend development, Computer Vision, OpenCV, ML, NLP, and Python. He is a highly motivated and skilled individual with a passion for technology and a desire to continue growing and learning in his field.
